Terms And Conditions

Last updated: June 4, 2026

These Terms And Conditions explain the rules that apply when visitors use the TurboLap Karting website, contact the center, make booking inquiries, attend karting sessions, use facilities, participate in group visits, or arrange event-style sessions. TurboLap Karting is a modern karting center in Moorabbin, Victoria, offering dynamic tracks, comfortable karts, competitive race energy, guest lounge areas, friendly races, corporate meetings, celebrations, and active leisure. By using our services, visitors are expected to act respectfully, provide accurate information, follow reasonable staff instructions, and use center facilities responsibly.

Bookings And Confirmation

A booking request is not confirmed simply because a message is sent. Confirmation happens when TurboLap Karting accepts the relevant details and any required payment or deposit condition is satisfied. Important details may include date, time, number of racers, session length, race format, guest lounge needs, event purpose, and contact information. Visitors are responsible for checking confirmation details and telling us promptly if something is wrong. Late changes may not always be possible because track availability and staff planning can be limited.

Visitor Conduct

Visitors must behave in a way that is safe, lawful, and respectful to staff, other guests, equipment, and the venue. Abusive language, harassment, threats, discrimination, intentional disruption, unsafe driving, restricted-area entry, equipment damage, theft, or unlawful behavior may lead to refusal of service, ending of a session, removal from the venue, loss of booking, or further action where appropriate. Competitive energy is welcome, but it must not become hostile or harmful.

Use Of Karts And Facilities

TurboLap Karting facilities are provided for ordinary karting and guest use during the booked session. Visitors must not damage, alter, move, misuse, or attempt to repair karts, timing tools, barriers, signs, seating, or other center property unless staff allow it. Visitors should report equipment issues promptly. Damage caused by misuse, careless behavior, impact, tampering, or rule breaches may result in charges or refusal of future service.

Safety Instructions

Guests must listen to staff instructions, safety briefings, track directions, and session rules. Karting involves speed, movement, noise, vibration, and shared track awareness. Visitors should drive responsibly, avoid deliberate contact, respect track boundaries, follow starting and stopping instructions, and tell staff about concerns before participating. Guests who ignore instructions or create a safety risk may have their session stopped without refund where appropriate.

Payments, Pricing, And Time

Visitors must pay agreed charges for sessions, extensions, group bookings, event arrangements, or other services. Prices may vary by time, duration, group size, promotion, private use, or preparation needs. Session time begins and ends according to the confirmed arrangement or center procedure. Arriving late may reduce usable time and does not automatically create a refund right. Extensions depend on availability and may require additional payment.

Cancellations And Refunds

Cancellation, refund, credit, and reschedule requests are handled under the TurboLap Karting Refund Policy and any specific booking conditions communicated at the time of confirmation. Group sessions, private bookings, corporate events, and celebration arrangements may have stricter conditions because they reserve capacity and staff time. Visitors should contact TurboLap Karting as early as possible if plans change. Used time, late arrivals, poor race results, personal scheduling issues, or rule breaches may not qualify for a refund.

Age, Health, And Supervision

Karting may not be suitable for every age, height, health condition, or comfort level. Parents, guardians, and group organizers are responsible for considering age suitability, supervision, session length, and participant readiness. Anyone with medical, mobility, sensory, pregnancy-related, heart, back, neck, or health concerns should seek appropriate professional guidance before participating if necessary. TurboLap Karting may refuse or limit service where age, safety, behavior, or legal requirements create concerns.

Venue Care And Personal Belongings

Visitors must follow center rules about cleanliness, food, drinks, noise, and shared spaces. Guests should keep areas tidy, avoid blocking walkways, respect seating arrangements, and report spills or hazards immediately. TurboLap Karting is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended, lost, damaged, or misplaced except where responsibility cannot be excluded by law. Cleaning or damage charges may apply where a visitor leaves unreasonable mess, causes damage, or ignores staff instructions.

Group Organizers

A person who books for a group, company, family, celebration, or friend event is responsible for sharing relevant rules with participants. This includes arrival time, safety expectations, supervision needs, payment arrangements, and any limits confirmed by TurboLap Karting. If the organizer changes the group size, timing, or purpose of the visit, the booking may need to be reviewed again. Clear communication helps the session start smoothly and reduces avoidable delays.

Privacy, Changes, And Contact

TurboLap Karting handles personal information according to its Privacy Policy. Visitors should provide accurate contact details for bookings and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. We may update services, prices, rules, opening arrangements, equipment, and these Terms And Conditions when needed. The current version applies from the listed update date unless a specific confirmed booking states otherwise. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue as far as reasonably possible.
